Back neck pain
I feel stabbing back neck pain atleast 15 days once which could be relieved only by taking paracetamol.. i also feel stiffness in my neck during that time.. that pain is only in my neck and not on my arms.. when i move my head back and front I feel pain everyday

Hello do some hot fomentation in your neck and mid back area after that few neck ex’s and stretching gently do some movts it will be because of hectic workload or poor posture so plz work on it

This might be because of over strained muscles , take moist heat therapy for 15 min twice a day for some days.

Apply ice pack 2 to 3 times , start neck and shoulder exercise, don't do too much pressure on your neck, consult practo physio with proper assessment.

Maintain proper posture, avoid bending of neck, do hot or cold compression twice a day, neck exercises to be done. Go for an X-ray to rule out any compression and consult back with reports.
