  4. Back of neck. The base of my 2 fingers.

You I was hit on the back of my neck. And couldnt feel my arms and hands.as they where overcome by a tingling sensation.after the feeling in my hands came back, i noticed to swollen/darker veins in the palm of my hand connecting to the base of my 2 fingers.
