Back pain .
20 days back I was travelling with a 30 lts backpack on me and suddenly when I cross the railway platform my back was aching all of sudden. I travel back to my home town and applied volini spray. There was a huge relief in pain but still when I sleep on bed I can get pain on my back. Kindly help me.

Get an x-ray of your spine and discuss with your doctor. If no problems can start physiotherapy and painkillers
