Back pain and morning stiffness
I have recently started to get back pain at night, in the thought region. I also have some morning stiffness which can last for longer than 30 minutes. This may be related to using a different mattress so will see how it is with a different one. I also get an achey pain around about c7 when I extend for a extended periods, often when I go for long runs or cycles. I initially had some problems after I slipped coming down the stairs, landing on my back.
