Back pain at sleep after 4-5 hour
I have lower back pain and continuing homoeopathy medicine. Since last 15 days new problem arise like when sleep after 4-5 hour pain spreads in total portion of back both sides of spinal cord and in any angle I can not sleep. When wake up in morning feeling pain in spinal cord badly then after 10-15 minits pain relief and as usual lower back pain is there. Please suggest strong remedy as soon as possible because I can't sleep wel with this problem.

Hi.... I can understand the discomfort you may be facing due to the disturbed sleep.... Please convey your symptoms to the Homoeopathic doctor you are already consulting, as there are very effective medicines in Homoeopathy which will surely help you.... Also please check your mattress, there is a possibility that the mattress you lie on at night may not be comfortable & hence causing pain. If you don't get relief you can surely consult me online...with the detailed history...so that we get rid of the problem.

Your symptoms can be treated with homoeoapthy ..consult a good homoeopathic doctor and take physiotherapy also.It will prevent further progress of abnormality if present.

Exercise. Regular low-impact aerobic activities — those that don't strain or jolt your back — increase strength and endurance in your back and allow your muscles to function better. Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain.....
