If there is a severe back pain still persistent after 2 years, She should get evaluated by a spine surgeon and get investigated if required. There may be delayed healing or no healing of fractured bone. Or it may be due to collapse of fractured bone. Her posture needs correction, and if e everything is alright she needs an aggressive Physiotherapy.
