Since last two periods, severe back pain. For one week. Then subsides. Periods regular. Work atmosphere hectic.

Nothing to worry, correct posture,eat healthy balanced diet, do regular exercises, drink plenty of water,take calcium vitamin d supplement, avoid stress.
