I am suffering with lower back pain since 2years my MRI shows disc herniation of l5S1 level,when I sit pain starts,I have only back pain no sciatica. I tried conservative treatment but no relief.but one doctor told me endoscopic discectamy surgery( small incision) need.shall I do surgery sir,
Is there any side effects with surgery or complications please tell me sir.
