Such a pain can happen if u have had either a slip disc  ,or severe deficiency of vit D and calcium ,that is if we talk about factors not related to gynae disorders, but in case you have had an aggressive sex sometimes there is cervical erosion...which is injury to the mouth of uterus which causes pain . Now to resolve this issue u have to start taking a pain killer initially and rub volini ointment, if that works it's good ,or else you can get physiotherapy done. But if that too doesn't work get an MRI or an ultrasound done to confirm for any leison ,injury or any pathology. U may take tab ultracet for pain and calciferol sachet weekly .
