Back pain...
I have lower middle back pain...When I bent forward...I feel pain in my lower back pain..Then I take support of my abdominal to bent down forward..

As per your explanation there seems to be muscle spasm which could be due to strain/injury which can be accurately detected while you're assessed physically... kindly avoid wrong posture while sitting /standing.
Next Steps
If the pain is from past few hours apply ice packs and take rest....if pain aggrevates within 12 hours please consult and take advice appropriately.

Hi, Avoid bending forward if you have low back pain. If needed bend from knees or sit on chair and then bend. Try to basic spinal extension exercises ( bhujangasana) .

Your back pain could be due to muscle strain or disc lesion. Do you have any previous history of back pain?  Do you have radiating pain on your legs?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 min to the site twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray to the affected site provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid bending activities. Avoid twist and turn on your back. Avoid standing for long time. Take breaks in between your work for every half an hour sitting or standing.

The first thing for you to do is to  stop bending with knees straight ,if needed you can bend your knees while you bent forward , next you should start doing  back extensor strengthening to develop core strength which will subsequently give you relief from pain and with time with core muscles development you will be able to bent without discomfort but till that time , be careful of not lifting have objects and bending forward

It seems you have muscle spasm in back muscles. Required more information to rule out exact problem. Till then you can follow some guidelines to ease your pain.

Dont do exercise if you have pain let pain subsides with applying ice pack or hot bag.After pain relief start with normal back strengthening exercises and stretching. Do execises slowly avoid jerky movement forward bending or exercises which increases your pain.
