Hello, consult an orthopedic surgeon till than dolo650 eight hourly after food. Hot water bag to apply locally. Rhuma oil to apply locally before hot water bag. occasionally u can take tramadol plus two times or as required.  Try to change your life pattern like twenty minutes morning, evening walk. light diet. Hello dear patient this pain can be due to any infection or inflammatory reaction in that area, can be due to spinal cord compression or disc problem,can be due to calcium, vitamin d deficiency...
