Back pain in last few days
I have back pain during my body movement. I am competitive student and sit nearly 8 to 10 hours. Please sir suggest me what I do

Just get up after every 1to 2 hrs for 10 to15 mins and stretch yourself
Next Steps
just do little neck exercises and back exercise (standing back extension)
