Back pain - lumbar spondylosis
My wife back xray report shows:- impression:- 1) Early changes of lumbar spondylosis noted.
2) mild scoliosis with concavity towards right side.
i just want to know is something serious and can be she cure from this pain.

She can get relief from pain by Physiotherapy.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /travelling /driving /standing +no cold exposure +posture correction (sit tall) avoid manual exertions.+use corset for stretching of spine for the right alignment.
