BACK PAIN NECK PAIN AND TINITUS
Sir im rizwan... 22yo...having multiple body issues...like groin pain back pain...(radiates to scortom when i wear tight jeans)... I also have a mild pain in my neck and from January 2020 im suffering from tinnitus... please help me out... I done mri of my back... I posted it below... please help me out...(i dont want to hurt anyone's sentiment but..im a ston beliver of allopathy...coz i alleready tried homeopathy...so need an advice from an allopathy dr😊)

Your problem cant be explained by your MRI report. Needs more detailed knowledge of your individual problems because all of them are unrelated. What your MRI report says, I would pass it off as near normal. You should consult a Neurosurgeon. He can take care of all the problems you have mentioned here.

Mri suggestive of disc problem with mild neural compression .if possible meet Local neurologist or online consultation. Needs NSAIDS short course along with Gabapentin if needed after examination. Avoid tight clothing esp., pants and inner wear. Meditation, relaxation exercises, hydration. Don't worry.
