Back pain on the lower side.
Yesterday I bend down to lift the bucket and suddenly my nerve got stretched. Since then I a suffering from back pain at the lower side near the naval. Not able to stand straight and walk. Can't even lay down straight. I can sleep either left side or right side. I kept hot bag but the pain increased.can you please suggest proper medication.

Seems like an acute back spasm. Icing should help along with anti inflammatory medication like Hifinac P
