Hello, I understand your concern. Backache is generally due to physical exertion, some nerve compression or lifting heavy objects. If it's due to physical exertion, medications and rest along with exercise will help. If it's due to lifting heavy objects, avoid lifting it. If it's due to nerve compression, investigations are necessary.
Next Steps
Carry the following tests. 1. X-RAY of entire spine - AP and Lat view. For relief, Rx, 1. Sepia 200 [ 4 pills thrice daily for 7 days] 2. Rhus Tox 30 [ 2 pills thrice daily for 7 days]
Health Tips
Prefer sleeping on a flat surface. Avoid lifting heavy objects. Avoid bending in back, instead bend down by folding your knees. Note - It's necessary to show your reports. Follow up is necessary. For medications consult online. Medicines will reach you via courier. Stay positive and healthy.
