Back pain post IFT tinkling started
Doctor I had back pain from 25 october and was taking nervegen and pain killers and till yesterday it was just a pain but post that doctor advised me physiotherapy. Here the lady did IFT and ultrasound thereafter I have started feeling tinkling on my right toe and 2nd finger. I am still taking pain killer, which I have to continue for next 4 days. Back pain is not there but a slight discomfort above my right hip and center near spine is there.

Back pain can present alone or can be associated with tingling numbness of lower limb. Ultrasound and IFT don't cause tingling numbness. So, you need to consult Spine surgeon for further assessment if this tingling numbness associated with back pain is significant.
Next Steps
Consult spine surgeon.
