Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
⢠Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
⢠Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
⢠Avoid bending in front.
Hi, your back pain is mechanical back pain. If you not got leg pain, physio is very helpful. Once pain is controlled you need to do back muscle strengthening exercises to prevent recurrence.
