Hi, I have back pain ,I never took medicine for it but my pain increased day by day.please help

Hot fermentation and stretching exercises of full spine if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front.

Hi, your back pain is mechanical back pain. If you not got leg pain, physio is very helpful. Once pain is controlled you need to do back muscle strengthening exercises to prevent recurrence. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. I hope this helps. Dr Sivaraman , Thoraipakkam OMR, Chennai
