I have back pain doctors has given meftal forte it is tablets or ointment and I am 6 and half month pregnant

Please avoid such tablets in pregnancy Try using warm bottle Warm oil massage Regular walk And stretches everyday Take Tab.CALPOL 500mg if still no relief Avoid any balms or sprays in pregnancy If you still feel there’s no relief then consult physiotherapist for needful Take regular calcium supplements and diet rich in calcium
