There can be various causes of hand/arm pain. But if it is present alongwith neck pain, the cause maybe Cervical Spondylosis. If that is indeed the case, try the following: *Hot water bag (10 minutes twice a day) *After applying hot water bag, apply Nobel Gel *Tab Flexon (1 tablet after lunch and 1 tablet after dinner for 7 days) (if you are not allergic to it) *Tab Pantakind (40mg) (1 tablet before breakfast in the morning for 7 days) *Tab Gabaneuron (300mg) (1 tablet at 7pm for 10 days) *Stand up, breathe in and simultaneously look up so that you face the ceiling, then breathe out and look in front (not down). Repeat this exercise 40 times a day. *Avoid using pillow while sleeping *Keep your phone away from the body (not close to it) (this will help you to avoid bending your head downwards)
Next Steps
See an Orthopaedic surgeon to confirm if you indeed have Cervical Spondylosis.
