Back Pain Scitica slip disc l4, l5, s1
2 years back I lifted gas cylinder in an unbalanced position. After that back pain started, I thought it will be fine in some time and continued playing cricket and other works. But from past 6 months pain has started in my right leg and now in hips and left leg also till the knee. Now it's like I can't walk more than 5 mins after that pain in my leg will be severe and I will have to sit for 1 min after that again I can walk. I have pain in back, buttocks and legs. It's kind of sciatica I think. Neurosurgeon suggested TLIF surgery as bulging is more and it's blocking nerve also they clearly told that medicines are not going to help. Now I'm looking for some non surgical treatment, surgery is the final option. My weight is around 90kg. Please guide me with the treatment, I don't want to go for pain killers medicines or surgery. I have started homeopathy treatment from last 2 months but no relief. I would like to continue homeopathy only. Thanks in Advance.
