BACK PAIN severe
I have severe back pain from past 2 days. I have been playing badminton from past 4 days. Is this the reason for my backpain? I have pain only on the leftside middle part of my back. What is the solution for this? Can someone help me with this?

If the onset of pain is only after you have started playing badminton, it may be due to the muscle strain. You can use a local analgesic spray or gel for pain relief. But if the pain was present even before, then consult a physician for further management.
