Back pain with herniation aat L4-L5.
Hi.. I have back pain problem and have got MRI done for the same. Report describes Diffuse disc bulge with a peominent central herniation at L4-L5 level indenting the thecal sac causing bilateral foramina narrowing left more than right. Please suggest if Physiotherapy ia going to help me.

Yes physiotherapy is going to help. Visit your nearest physiotherapy center and Do Mckenzee exercise.
