Back pimple
I have a back pimple which developed under the bra line recently and almost has healed after medication. But now a new one is out  and is very painful like the last one. It has never happened before and i do mentain my hygiene and wear clean clothes. Please help me. I go to gym regularly with 2hrs of workout, 5 days a week,and eat 2 egg without yolk everyday. Also i consume whole amla, apple and grapes everyday. Please help me..i m scared as its spreading.

Pimple/Acne at back: Brevoxyl Creamy Body Wash. Tab. Minoz ER 65 once daily for two week.

Acne treatment has multiple stages - to control new breakouts, to clear the sequelae (pigmentation and scars) and to prevent a relapse. An attempt to find out the root cause of acne should be made in every patient or else it keeps recurring. Each phase takes a couple of weeks before we move to the next phase of treatment. If you have active acne lesions, it should be controlled on priority basis
Next Steps
A fungal condition called P folliculitis should also be ruled out.
