Back problem/ conditon
I was diagnoised with disc degenerative disease in my back this year in March however a recent spinal specialist report states I also have disc buldges at T6.7.8.9 and 10 followed with annular tears at t6.7.8.9 and 10 is this dangerous ? What does this mean ? Is there any cures or help with pain?

Don't get stressed seeing your reports. They are just images. If you have back pain start with cervical isometric exercises and core stability exercises and posture training. Get vitamin d checked.
