Back problems
When I stretch my neck from side to side and squeeze my shoulder blade I listen some crunching or crackling type of sound. Also when I seat more than 30 minutes I feel pain from my lower back. Is there anything serious or medical emergency about these symptoms? Should I do some exercises or not? Please help me. I am really worried for this problem. Thank you.

Serious disorder: modern lifestyle disease. Give time to your body. Start playing a game. Maintain good posture. When sitting for long, take intermittent breaks. Keep your laptop at level of your eyes. Remember: money is not by and end of everything. U are not running the company all by yourself! Take a chill pill!!
