Back ,shoulder & left upper chest muscle
I have been having back back, shoulder joint and left chest muscle pain which keeps coming and going since last 18 months. I have intially thought this is to do with my heart and got to visit the multiple cardiologists and everyone said noting to worry after ,ecg TMT and echos multiple times. I did find my triglycerides and vldl were high and less iron in one of the routine tests and stated to diet for lasts 4 month and the pain had vanished. However from last month I have started to get this pain everyday and feels like I am getting into the panic attack every (thinking I am die due to heart attack) also all the bad thoughts of bone cancer and other things keep torturing me. What should I be doing now ?? Should I go for a ortho or cardiologist?? Please suggest and this is spoiling my daily happiness

It is likely that your cholesterol levels are raised again. I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as lipid profile, X-Ray and ECG. You may require anatcids. These following steps may help: - Don't skip meals, have a well balanced diet. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly (minimum 30 minutes everyday do cardio exercises) - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking if you have the habit - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
