Back side of tooth looks black
There are black stains in the backside of my teeth. How is that caused? How to get rid of this? I have been using Rexidine-M mouthwash for a month. Is it because of that ?

You need get a scaling and oral prophylaxis done and when you visit dentist they will tell you whether it's extrinsic or intrinsic stains And using mouth wash for long time can also cause staining of teeth You can visit my laser clinic at Bangalore close to Whitefield

Black stain on teeth has two causes. 1  extrinsic stain damage comes outside of the teeth. This includes staining, tartar,or other damage that affect the outer side of enamel 2 intrinsic stain damage start on the inside and progress outward.this occurred when tooth causes decay and damage.
