Back upper shoulder pain
Respected Sir / Madam,
I'm John having upper back shoulder pain prolonged for 2 weeks, before 2 weeks a car hit me on the specified place I had too much pain there but later that day pain was not there, but two days after I got fever and cold with back pain I took medicine for fever and cold it decreased but pain was there .it's roughly paining.

Consult a physiotherapist.will apply modalities like IFT n local ultrasound therapy to decrease pain.Then do shoulder movts n strenghtening exercises.
