From last 5-6 years I have a repeated backache(lower spine) issues lasting for 3-5 days at once or twice in each quarter of the year. I have also gone through physiotherapy that give me temporary relief. However I have noticed that backache and stomach issues (like bloating, indigestion, constipation etc.) comes together always.
Please help me to know if I can have a permanent remedy for my suffering and is there any relationship between Backache and Stomach issues?
What should I do?
