Backache while sleeping
I fell from the stairs 3-4 weeks back. It was couple of stairs only but since it was slippery I hurt my back quite bad. I was not able to walk, sit or sleep properly for 2 weeks but felt better after that. Now, I feel stiffness in my back again especially while sleeping where I am not able to turn from one side to other side. This has started after I had a continuous travel of 2 days. However, it is now over but the backache while sleeping is still there. Please assist

Physio might help. Do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
