Hi..sir..iam getting backside Headache &neck pain since from 3days and feeling tired pls suggest me i got bp 140/90, 2months ago bt its now normal and yesterday i took 1telma 40mg tab but no use for that

Start with Therapeutic Exercises, Stretchings of neck muscles and Precautions. use hot pack on neck.
