I have bacterial infection (stap aureus) in hair follicle since one year. it gets normal on taking amoxiclavunate antibiotic. but again comes on stoping the medicine. Please help

Apply t bact skin ointment twice daily in nose ,umbilical area, underarm and perineum area for one months and review
