I have a bad cough and cold, currently in 21st week. Local obstetrician has prescribed Allegra with azithromycin and dabur honitius.
Is it safe to take antibiotic in 4-5th month? Will it have any side effects on baby?

If yes then you can go ahead with antibiotics but first follow up with your physcian and confirm if the prescribed antibiotics is safe during pregnancy.

Hello, if you have really bad cough with sore throat and fever, please take all, its safe. Otherwise for only mild cough without fever you can take cough syrup along with gargles
