Bad guts and severe pains
Hello. I have had very bad guts for the past couple of months and I didn't do anything about it because I thought it'd pass. But my urine hasn't been normal for very long and in the past few weeks I have been getting stomach cramps and severe sharp pains in my lower back and sides. I am getting this every single day and today I have started to feel very sick with it. I'm not sure if there is anything I can do to help this? Or should I go to my local doctors?

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.,to make assessment of the urinary problem.treatment as per your clinical investigation findings
