Over mental stress, anxiety, unnecessary tension,financial problems, relationship problems etc may cause hevy pressure over health as well as mind. To deal such situations is a simple task but u have to learn it. Take few tips- 1.accept reality, failure. 2. Do not worry to much,do much work. 3.Dobnot try to control which ate beyond our control. 4.Mental strength is increased by reading, watching-motivational videos and stories.
