My mind is under pressure...and it remain stuck to any one thought and not able to think me other important things...is it bcz of pressure over head?

What you have mentioned above is actually rumination...when you keep thinking about one thing repeatedly...it is very important to differentiate whether it is a normal phenomena or you have some obsessive tendencies..kindly consult a specialist
