I am having a very bad pain in the upper backside of my mouth. I am not able to open my mouth, maybe a teeth is growing.

Hi sir According to your complaint and age, it seems that a wisdom tooth is erupting. It could be a cavity also but most likely it is a wisdom tooth. you can do warm saline rinses multiple times to make it comfortable. It the problem continues, get it checked with a dentist.
