You need to go for a dental check up...most probably you will only need scaling and polishing of your teeth.
Hormonal imbalance does cause inflammation of gums leading to swelling and bleeding and also increases bacteria in your mouth. You should try and maintain good oral hygiene by regular brushing ,flossing and using mouth wash. Also eat a nutrient rich diet and drink more water.
If your wisdom teeth have erupted properly with enough space in the jaw and you are able to clean them then there is no need to remove them.
The tilted front tooth can be corrected, but if it doesn't bother you just leave it alone.
Go for a regular dental check-up.
