Bad breath may be due to oral reasons if you have not got your scaling and polishing ( cleaning) done. Consult a dentist to do the needful

The throat infection is the reason for your bad breath. Consult with an ent specialist to treat the throat infection. If the bad breath still persists then visit your dentist to find out if there is any gum disease or cavities. Get that also treated to fully resolve your problem. I am not an expert pn hair problems. So can't comment on that issue.
