Badly needed help not passing stools at

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I'm not gettg motions at all not even urge...m horrible troubles pls suggest me to get rid of it m having this prblm since 9 to 10 yrs....and tried almst every possble medicines i could....but no relf pls help.
