My Penis whole skin become very thin & always feels burning kind of feeling in penile skin . Penis skin & gland becomes very dry . Very uncomfortable to touch gland due to its dryness . Minute pain ( not exactly pain ) during erection in lower circle gland . Is this balanitis or any other skin issue ???
