If balanitis doesn't get improved with antibiotics/antifungals, instead gets worsened day by day, could it be sign of cancer?
I have taken following medicines when balanitis was in mild stage
Zifi 200 10tab
Fusee cream
Itaspor 200 6tab
Rexizole-b cream
Onabet lotion (since 3 days)
My problem worsened a lot after applying onabet lotion. The redness which was in just one region has spread to whole glans.
Do I need to consult an oncologist for this issue?

It may be probably a viral infection like herpes simplex.. Thats why it aggravated on applying onabet lotion.. Just stop the lotion.. And apply only fusee cream.. It will regress slowly..
