Hi .. There are many reasons of hairfall so my first opinion is you should consult Ayurvedic physician nearby you.
Other than this Avoid- Late night sleep, stress. Don't apply Shampoo.
Avoid eating junk, overnight Food, Bakery products, fermented Food.
Do pranayam Like- Omkar, Anulom- vilom, Shitkari.
yogasana Like- suryanamskar, Sarwangasna, pasichmottasana.
Take 2-2 capsule of Amalki(Himalaya) morning & Evening.
Take 1/2 tsp of Amalaki Rasayan (Baidyanath) with honey Empty stomach only in morning.
Apply Dhatryadi oil/ Yashtimadhu oil on Scalp Daily.
Wash your hair with shikekhai powder.

Well the amount of hair fall which you are mentioning is very minimal...I don't think you have to worry about it...well thinned out hairs may be genetic or due to changes in weather,water food intake as in protein insufficiency,calcium deficiency, anaemia etc... I need to examine you for that...its better you consult a dermatologist... Make sure to have protein rich diet..have good green leafy vegetables, dry fruits etc..drink plenty of water too
