He is chronic alcoholic and tobacco chewer.Having barking cough (dry)which is not having any effect with use of dextramethorphan and antihistaminic formulation. SpO2 96 HR 20 So I gave him asthalin based syrup and deriphylin tablets and he got instant relief.Could this be COPD? Should I physically take him to doctor in this covid period ?
