Barrage laser query
I had under gone barrage laser for multiple lattice with hole in both eye. My question is whether i can go to gym and lift weights any retina detachments will take place after lifting weights.
Please guide me and what prrcaustion to be taken after the laser treatment.

Hi,
You have not mentioned about when you had the laser. Since, you have had laser barrage for multiple lattice with holes in both eyes, it would be advisable to avoid lifting heavy weights for at least a month. Even, after that, since you are at a greater risk of developing retina detachment, I would advise you to avoid any activity that involves strain along with breath-holding.
