  3. Bartholin cyst. Medication for this?

Bartholin cyst
I have a history of bartholin cyst on left side and had a vulval cyst excision 7 years ago.Now I have got one on my right since 2 days.I have started with sits bath.Any over the counter medication for this?

Sit on hot water putting dettol in it daily.. N for medicine consult in detail.
