Can i use panderm ( skin ointment ) for bartholine cyst? If not..what is the alternative cream to use?

Bartholin cyst usually doesn't respond to topical or oral antibiotics. Antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs are given only during the acute phase to ease the symptoms. The definitive management of bartholin cyst is only a surgical excision or marsupialization.
