Do the Basal Bone also goes for resorption? Can basal implant possible after 10 years after losing of tooth without any additional procedure?

It all depends on clinical examination and 3D scans. If implant is possible with or without bone graft, it should be done as early as possible. Conditions may worsen after a long wait. Visit MDS.
