  4. Basal scan. Normal as per scan?

Basal scan
Today is my 2nd day of my period and had basal scan as suggested by my Doc. I have PCOD and I am undergoing fertility treatment. Please check the report attached let me know if any discrepancies. Do I still have PCOD, Is everything normal as per scan?
